Terms of Service

1. The service

Amyal provides (a) Amyal Explore, a free information tool that compares potential redemption options for airline miles and credit card points, and (b) Amyal Concierge, a paid research and booking-assistance service. Amyal is not an airline, a travel agent or a ticket seller. All bookings are made by you, in your own loyalty accounts, directly with the airline.

2. Information, not advice or guarantee

• Explore results are estimates or illustrative examples and are labelled as such. They are not award quotes.
• Amyal does not guarantee that any award seat is or will remain available, or that any programme rule, transfer ratio, tax or fee is current.
• You are responsible for verifying details with the airline or programme before transferring points or booking.
• Points transfers are generally irreversible. Amyal is not liable for points transferred on the basis of information shown on the platform.

3. Concierge fees

• The initial feasibility assessment is free.
• Before research begins you pay a deposit of AED 99 per passenger, which is credited towards the total fee.
• If Amyal finds an award flight that matches the requirements agreed with you in writing, the balance of AED 450 per passenger becomes payable before the full itinerary and booking assistance are provided. The balance is payable whether or not you then book.
• If Amyal does not find a qualifying flight, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Airline taxes, fees and surcharges are separate and payable by you directly to the airline.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in concierge requests.
• Keep your loyalty account credentials private. Amyal will never ask for them.
• Comply with the terms of the airline and credit card programmes you use.

5. Intellectual property

The Amyal name, logo, platform and content are owned by Amyal and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amyal’s total liability in connection with the service is limited to the concierge fees you have paid to Amyal in the preceding twelve months. [Counsel to confirm limitation and exclusions under applicable law.]

7. Governing law
