A clear view of your options, free.
Tell Explore where you want to go, which cabin you prefer and which credit cards you hold. It returns redemption options from the airline loyalty programmes your points can reach, with the miles required, estimated taxes and fees, and the transfer pathway from each card.
Explore is built as a rules-based recommendation engine. Every option carries a data status, so you can always see whether a figure is an illustrative example, a verified programme rule with a verification date, or (in future) a live availability result.
Honesty note. Explore currently runs on a clearly labelled demonstration dataset. It does not search live airline inventory and never claims a seat is available.

Amyal Concierge
A human expert when you want one.
Award availability changes by the hour and the best option often involves a transfer from one programme to another. Concierge is for travellers who would rather hand that work to someone who does it every day.
Submit a request with your route, dates, cabin and the cards you hold. We research live availability across the relevant programmes, send you a shortlist of options with the transfer steps and estimated fees, and then walk you through the booking in your own account.
Pricing is in two parts: a free assessment, an AED 99 refundable deposit before research begins, and the AED 450 balance only if we find a qualifying flight. If we find nothing, the deposit is refunded.
